Program Details
This program is built to support women who have gone through treatment for breast cancer and have felt a decline in their physical strength and endurance, self confidence and are experiencing difficulty building in a healthy routine that is catered to their specific and unique needs. This is for women at any stage beyond treatment, whether 3 months or 30 years, let us help you build a sustainable wellness routine and feel the benefits on your physical strength, stress levels and overall wellbeing! For women coming right out of surgery or with more severe fatigue and lingering side effects, this program may not be for you and you should follow your doctor's instructions. If safe for you to participate, your doctor's permission is required. In this program you will: ✅ Work closely with a Cancer Exercise Specialist to discuss your specific needs to develop your personalized fitness plan. Gain accountability to keep going through consistent communication. ✅ Meet weekly for 12-weeks with your coach to keep you accountable and informed. Share your questions and gain support throughout your week to keep your wellness habits going strong. ✅ Learn about the foods to focus on to support good digestion and a strong immune system. Discover how to eat to support your energy and overall health and discuss what options might be great for you! ✅ Discover mindset tools and breathing exercises to help regulate the nervous system, helping with anxiety and promoting relaxation. Adopt techniques to build habits into your life and create your sustainable wellness routine.
